I have bet on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the house.

I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
